Any XMPP messenger works. You create the account yourself, right in the app — the server never asks who you are.
🔒 Absolutely anonymous: no email · no phone number · no card · no real name. Pick any nickname, invent a password — that's the whole registration. Your account is a cryptographic key pair, not a profile.
Any XMPP client works. Our picks per platform (all support OMEMO end-to-end encryption):
Choose “Create new account” (not “log in”). The app will ask for a server:
mayanet.online
Then pick any nickname and any password. Registration happens instantly, in the app, over an encrypted channel. Nothing is verified, nothing is collected.
OMEMO (Signal protocol) is available to every account from the first second. When you open a chat, enable the lock/padlock — messages, files and voice become E2E. Your contact will see your fingerprint and trust it once; that's the handshake.
Add a contact by full address (nickname @ server), e.g.
calyx@mayanet.online — a human reads support mail. Group rooms live on
conference.mayanet.online; your contact can invite you to a private one.
